Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and clients on my waitlist: • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All services are non-refundable. However, your happiness matters to me. If any adjustments are needed, please reach out within 7 days and I’ll gladly take care of you.
